Created by two "Not Important Persons", Nic and Jeremy, took their interpretation of the "Hong Kong spirit" and made the first locally distilled craft gin. Crafted with 21 different botanicals, this gin uses traditional botanicals combined with unique Hong Kong flavours such as Shoumei Tea leaves, Goji berries, and Osmanthus, for a taste that's truly special.

Fok Hing Gin - Paying homage to Fuk Hing Lane in Causeway Bay, this gin is full of unapologetic, exciting, and unexpected tasty character. Hand-distilled in small batches and infused with a unique blend of organic botanicals. With notes of fragrant with juniper and jasmine tea, complemented by crisp flavours of grapefruit and lime, and a subtle yet spicy kick of Szechuan pepper.
