Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris)
MELTING - BULB - PEACH
Nice, not too smooth, Grauburgunder with small corners and edges. In the mouth, it melts and is still structured. There is also a smell of (Nashi) pears and peach. This is no boring Pinot Grigio, but an exciting wine, which you can drink quietly or after a great meal.
Tarte flambée with pear and goat cheese.
To end the night on a sweet note
