Tacheles is a mash-fermented (fermented with the grape skins like red wine) white wine that comes unfiltered and without added sulfites. Some natural wines can be pretty funky but Marc and Jan have made an extremely interesting yet very drinkable orange - which is not an easy task! Funky flavours of curry leaf, grapefruit, and prickly pear, topped off with fine tannins, make for a special wine that's tart and refreshing. This unusual combination might sound a bit crazy but trust us, this orange wine is a lot of fun for your tastebuds!
