The Altonaer Spirituosen Manufaktur is a rare pearl and very unique in many ways from the other German distilleries. It is the only handcrafted distillery in Hamburg and they only produce Gin. The owner Stephan Garbe has a passion for both Portugal and Gin. He now combines his two passions and tries to capture the essence of Portugal in his Gin. Every step from start to the finished product is closely watched by Stephan. In the end, his delicious Gin even gets filled by hand in beautiful clay bottles...
