Weingut Bergdolt-Reif & Nett
The winery with the complicated name is located in a small village called Duttweiler in the middle of the famous wine-growing region, Pfalz. While the full name is a mouthful, the memorable part is "Nett" which in German translates to "Nice" - which is true, but in the case of this up-and-coming winery and its wines, we'd upgrade it to awesome. Now being run by the 5th generation of the Nett family, the young master winemaker Christian Nett has achieved even greater things over the last few years. With fresh ideas, solid craftsmanship and innovative wine concepts, and in just a few years he has managed to gather an impressive fan base around himself and his “nice wines”. From the years of family experience, this vineyard just knows exactly how to handle the soil, the grapes and the rest of the trimmings in order to get the most out of it and make incredible wines. Oh and the fact that Christian is also an extremely pleasant guy doesn't hurt either, of course.
