In the south of Germany lies Hochborn, a beautiful little town of only 412 people. One of the 412 is Sebastian Michel, a young winemaker by trade and the next generation to take over the Michel winery. Just as any other family business, the responsibilities are endless, the work is hard, and everyone lends a hand where it's needed. Nevertheless, Sebastian is currently developing his own line of wines and putting his own style and flair into the family winemaking. He's made massive updates in equipment, expanded the cellar, and even changed how they work in the vineyard. Sebastian takes the knowledge passed down from his father and complements it with his own ideas to create distinctive wines with rough edges. We can't wait to see more from this young and wild winemaker!
