In the Spanish province of La Mancha, two brothers Francisco and Javier Parra are working to shape the future of organic winemaking. This renowned property is much more than just a vineyard, along with fields of organic grapevines, grains, garlic and black truffles are also grown on the property. But what makes this vineyard even more special is that 1000 critically endangered Manchega sheep roam the property. If that isn't enough to tug at your heart, the wine cellar is expertly constructed with a dodecagonal dome and a self-sufficient power supply.
