If you picture fine champagne alongside old men with their monocles, exchanging tales of their last fox hunt while wearing white gloves, then you should become acquainted with Thibaud. He is only in his late twenties, but he has held the reins of Pierre Brocard since 2012 and is nevertheless one of the most relaxed winemakers we got to know. But don't be fooled by his relaxed demeanour, because he is continuously thinking about sustainable winemaking, while he zooms through the vineyards in his open-top Jeep. The result​ of his efforts is dynamite, which makes the jaws of many renowned winemakers hit the floor. We are happy to welcome Bolle into the WM family!
