Located in the historical Liaoning Province in China, the Porcelain Gin Distillery is a small family business run by generations of traditional spice makers. The family's deep understanding of each spice, combined with their dedication to finding the absolute best quality botanicals are what brings this unique gin to life. Every part of the gin-making process is meticulously done by hand, even down to hand peeling the ingredients as the family sits together in their courtyard. The botanicals are distilled at a very slow pace in a custom copper still - that the family has affectionately named Mulan. Additionally, the family's deep dedication to sustainability and a minimal carbon footprint is at the heart of the operation.
