Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, the wildest guy among cookbook authors, came to us with a little problem. He cooks fantastic food and frequently invites friends and family to enjoy the meal, but he was looking for just the right wine for the occasion. And that’s where we come in.

He no longer wanted to put just any wine on the table, but something just right. A wine that tastes good, is familiar to him, and that carries his own ‘flavour’. So we introduced him to some winemakers, tasted, talked, and brainstormed. In the end, Jimi teamed up with Schwedhelms for the white wine and Markus Hinterbichler for his Rosé. They have implemented his ideas and created fantastic wines that rightly bear the names of those involved.
