Winery Hinterbichler
Weingut Hinterbichler is a father and son operation. Together with his father, the young winemaker Markus runs the vineyard in the heart of the German wine growing region Pfalz. Hibi Senior was born in Austria but when he fell in love with his wife he moved to the Pfalz and started making wine. He has stayed until this day and the spirit of love has also gone into the winemaking. The father and son duo even want to start growing a few typical Austrian grape variations. The roots for winemaking run deep in this family and are growing every day. We are looking forward to even more incredible wines from the “Hibis”
