HONG KONGS FIRST LOCAL GIN DISTILLERY
The brand N.I.P a fantastic gin with a Hong Kong twist. Created by two "Not Important Persons", Nic and Jeremy, took their interpretation of the "Hong Kong spirit" and made the first locally distilled craft gin.
Crafted with 21 different botanicals, this gin uses traditional botanicals combined with unique Hong Kong flavours such as Shoumei Tea leaves, Goji berries, and Osmanthus, for a taste that's truly special. A unique set of botanicals give this gin sweet, fragrant, and soothing aromas that draw you in and make you feel welcome. The gin is sweet and juniper-forward, to begin with, followed by refreshing flavours of lemon, grapefruit and pear. A taste that's a complex, yet balanced, mix of Hong Kong botanicals which will remind you of warm memories and comforting flavours.
Recently awarded a double gold medal in the spirit category and gold medal in the bottle design category in the SIP Awards, a long standing and prestigious consumer evaluated international spirits competition.
