The gin masters behind Fok Hing Gin took inspiration from the beautiful chaos of the place they call home: Hong Kong. They set out with the goal to make a simply delicious drink that pays homage to their complex hometown. Named after Fuk Hing Lane in Causeway Bay, this spirit takes all the lights, colours, sounds, atmosphere, and mayhem of the city, and distills it all into one fok-hing fantastic gin. Not an easy task, but after tasting it for ourselves we're certain these Gin Masters have found the secret. It all starts in a century-old, family-run spice shop in Hong Kong where they source the finest botanicals and them fly them 9,629km to their Northampton distillery and create a flavourful, finely crafted, unique, and superior tasting gin.
