Our Classic Wine Club subscription is for 3 bottles or 6 bottles delivered to you every month for a duration of your choice or unlimited each month. Your first box will be delivered in 1-3 days of placing the order and your subscription will automatically renew each month or at the end of your selected billing period.
If you have selected the flexible billing period, you can cancel, skip months or change your delivery frequency at any time. Simply log into the “My Account” dashboard on our website and with just a couple of clicks you can make changes and manage all your subscription settings.
If you have selected a billing period of either 3, 6 or 12 months, you can pause or stop your subscription at the end of each period.
You prefer a human touch for further questions, just email our WM customer service team at hello@winemoment.com and we can take care of it all for you.
If you feel some type of way about certain wines, no problem! Simply leave a note at checkout in the “Message to Wine Moments” field (i.e. No Sparkling wine) and we’ll note it on your profile.
Our Wine Club subscription is for 3 or 6 bottles (or 6 Wine Minis) delivered to you every month. Not only will you receive wines, we will also include a lot of information and maybe a surprise here and then - the world of wine is limitless, we want you to be able to explore and taste what the world has to offer!

Absolutely! We have a special gift selection for your loved ones. Select how many months you would like the gift to last and add a free gift message. The recipient’s first box will be delivered within 1-3 days of placing the order.
You will be charged once and we will send out a box each month according to when you first placed your order and the subscription will automatically be canceled after the number of months selected.

If you're subscribing to the flexible plan you will receive a free corkscrew with your first box and free wine glasses after your third month.
While there might not be a free gift included every single month, we do have big things planned for many different seasonal freebies and surprises! We could include a new wine for you to test, an interesting accessory, and sometimes we will change the gift items based on availability or if we are working with a gift partner to bring in something new for you!
