Conditions of WM Social Media Giveaways & Competitions:

• WINE MOMENTS will be giving away 2x Wine Mini 12 Pack sets (including delivery) to 1x Facebook winner and 1x Instagram Winner of our choosing.

• The winners will be chosen based on the creativity of photos or posts and meeting all the entry requirements.
• The judges' decision is final. We want to keep all the giveaways and contests fun, so let's not have any arguing or sore losers.

• The giveaway organizers are: WINE MOMENTS powered by Joyvino LTD. 12P Smithfield Road, 8th Floor, The HIVE Studios, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong SAR China.

• The Summer Wine Mini 12 Pack Giveaway will go from 17th August 2020 to 31st August 11:59 pm.
• Winners will be chosen on 1st September 2020.
• No cash payment or compensation possible. The prize is non-transferable. Some exceptions are possible in individual cases.

• Participation in the competitions takes place on social media by:
• Posting and tagging @winemomentshk in a photo using #easydrinkingmoments in the caption.
• Liking and commenting on 3 different posts on the WINE MOMENTS Instagram or Facebook.

• Participation is only possible within Hong Kong. Participants must be over 18 years of age at the time of the drawing.

• By participating in the campaign, the participant accepts these conditions of participation and grant WINE MOMENTS the right to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, or display, user photo content on our website or social media.

• WINE MOMENTS reserves the right to cancel or end the competitions at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competitions cannot be carried out or continued for other (organizational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims.
